Most Disliked
Some patrons mention occasional language barriers, with staff members speaking limited English, which can lead to communication challenges. The restaurant can get quite busy during rush hours, especially on Mondays, making it less ideal for those looking for a quiet meal. Additionally, a few guests have pointed out that while the food is outstanding, the parking can fill up quickly during peak times, creating a bit of a hassle. There are also reports of slower service during these busy hours, which might test the patience of those in a hurry.

Best authentic Oaxacan food in South Seattle. Good for takeout but the cozy, clean dining room is homey and enjoyable too. Wonderful to hear the staff chatting and laughing in the kitchen; makes you feel like everyone really enjoys making and serving good food.

Tried this place for the 1st time. So impressed with the food, the flavors, and the service! We would give a rating of 15 out of 10. Will definitely be back! We got the ribs with morita sauce and a bean, cheese and rice burrito. Even just the bean burrito was so full of flavor and so delicious!

Randomly stopped by here yesterday for lunch and it was not only the most aesthetically pleasing cutest restaurant I’ve seen lately but the food was absolutely amazing, we ordered the 4 tacos and split them it was carne asada and carnitas and both were so juicy and made fresh the meat is the star of the show as it was so perfectly done I haven’t had such juicy carnitas in a while and same goes for the carne asada also the decor and tribute to where they’re from Oaxaca, Mexico shines brightly in the restaurant and there’s even art you can buy that will support artist from there. The service was also immaculate as they checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back soon and making this our lunch spot.

Very cute little spot with outdoor seating and a few parking spots too. And the gentleman who served us was very friendly and kind despite speaking nearly no English. Food was amazing! We ordered the Tlayuda with Carne Asada and the chicken soup. Tlayuda was so flavorful and unique. The tortilla was crunchy and chewy and smoky. So fantastic! We will be back!

We tried El Cabrito and it was absolutely fantastic! I grew up in Arizona and am always looking for great Mexican food. El Cabrito did not disappoint. My husband has judged all burritos to the one he believes is the best from Tubac, Arizona and he said his Al Pastor burrito from El Cabrito finally surpassed the one from Tubac. The guacamole was phenomenal!! Can’t recommend El Cabrito enough!!

El Cabrito has amazing food. One of the best moles I’ve had since my grandmas. I would highly recommend eating there. Only downside is if you’re seeking a table it is very limited. Much easier eating solo there. They have stools lined up along window view. I will be back again very soon.
